Why You Shouldn't Always Buy the Newest Cell Phone

The reason you shouldn't always run out and buy the latest and greatest cell phone is of course the cost. A lot of new cell phones can now cost more than $100 even with a 2 year contract extension. If you have money to burn, then by all means, go ahead and buy the next big thing, but if you don't you can often wait a month or two and get the same cell phone for free.

Another great reason not to buy a newly released cell phone is that you don't know that much about it. Sure you can go see what features it has. But, if you wait a while, you can do some research and see what people who have already bought it think about it. For example, is it reliable, or do the features work as well as advertised.
